The space
The 3-bedroom apartment is newly renovated, true to Homes by IDG business ethos, all furniture are modern designed mixed with vintage pieces carefully selected for our guests’ enjoyment.
The apartment is on the 4th level in a safe and well constructed building in Neo Kosmos, next door to Koukaki and Acropolis. Guests can use either the lift or stairs easily. All our neighbors are Athenians who live and work in the city.
For outdoor living, there are TWO balconies, one facing South to bring light in the apartment throughout the day, the second one connected to the 2 bedrooms at the back where you can have a morning coffee and read the morning news, or enjoy an al fresco lunch/dinner prepared at home.
The heart of the home is the large Living room and Dining room where our guests can gather to have dinner and relax while listening to their favourite playlist from the Nordic designed VIFA™ speaker.
The kitchen is fully equipped to cook up a nice meal with local produce you can get from the local farmers market every Saturday. All brand new equipment such as Candy™ ceramic glass cooktop with convection oven, Pitsos™ dishwasher, Kenwood™ microwave, Bosch™ toaster, Nespresso™ espresso maker, French Press, etc
All three bedrooms are furnished with brand new Mitsubishi™ air conditioner and best reviewed Spring and Memory Foam mattresses to ensure a restful sleep.
The 2 bedrooms are at the back facing quiet courtyard, one has a King size bed, one has two Double beds. Bedroom 3 is at the front of the apartment and has a Queen size bed plus a work desk for guests who prefer to work from home during their traveling.
There are 2 full bathrooms, one with a rain shower and one with a deep tub for full relaxation
Private en-suite Laundry: Whirlpool™ full-sized high efficiency washer and Whirlpool™ dryer. We have a Philips™ iron, ironing board, laundry detergent for our guests.
Guest access
The entire apartment is for your private use, plus a personal guide full of tips of where to eat and go out in Athens
Hotel quality linens, sheets, and towels are provided. Our guests have exclusive use of the en-suite Washer and Dryer (Dryer is a rarity in Athens as most people hang their clothes dry, we believe a Dryer can help to make sheets and towels super soft for our guests!)
High-speed wifi: 100mbps (this is the highest packaged provided in Athens at the moment in this area)

Other things to note
We have a set check in and check out time; however please let us know if you have an early/late flight, we will do our best to accommodate depending on availability

House Rule
Registered guests must respect the house rules including in the common areas of the building such as lobby, corridor, stairways, ramps, elevator. Guests will be entirely responsible for their conduct in the flat and in all common areas. – Registered guests must respect the peace, health and safety of the other tenants of the building. No objects or furniture are allowed in the common spaces (corridor and staircase included) – We welcome booking guests 25-year-old or older, accompanying guests can be younger than 25 – No shoes inside the house – No smoking inside the house, including the balcony as it is prone to cause fire – No parties or gatherings/events (private or commercial events like photography, videography etc.) are allowed – Lost keys will result in a charge for changing lock as well as keys (up to 200 euros), this includes forgetting to return keys
