The space
The Building: Sailing Tower was Saigon’s first modern high-rise, built in 2010— it’s not your typical new-build filled with identical condos. While the exterior may show its age, the apartments we manage here are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully maintained. If you’re after comfort, character, and the best location in the city, this is your spot. Prefer something sleek and shiny? We’ve got those too—but Sailing Tower is all about soul and space
The Apartment: The 180m2 apartment plus balcony is spacious and perfect for friends, couples, families, and business guests. There are four bedrooms, of which two have en-suite bathroom, a home gym and wellness room, a large living room, and a dining space overlooking the city of Saigon.
We warmly welcome you to a home where you can relax after a full day exploring the city. Our guests will enjoy:
– Spacious & private bedrooms, furnished with King/Queen beds, comfortable mattresses and pillows, 100% cotton bed linens
– Three bathrooms with all travel essentials: shampoo, conditioner, soap, hair dryer, and large bath towels.
– Six Air Conditioning units throughout the apartment to ensure comfort
– Large LED Smart TVs with free access to local and international TV channels, YouTube & Netflix enabled
– A fitness room where you can practice yoga, meditation, cycling and weight-lifting
– A home office for those who miss work while traveling
– Fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer
– Nescafe coffee maker & drinking water (so we can all reduce the use of plastic bottles!)

Available 24/7, additional fee required. Please notify us in advance to arrange this service.
• Housekeeping
For stays of 5 nights or longer, enjoy one complimentary mid-stay housekeeping service, including changing fresh towels. Daily housekeeping is available upon request. The cleaning fee covers one time cleaning service upon check-out.
• Fresh Towels
Each guest receives 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel. Towels are changed during housekeeping (if your stay is 5+ nights). For fresh towels in between, use the ensuite washer/dryer or drying rack.
• Early Check-In
Early check-in is available (2 PM instead of 4 PM) if the apartment is ready. For arrivals before 11 AM, please contact us about booking the previous night for a special offer.
• Late Check-Out
If available, we offer up to 1 extra hour past our 11 AM check-out policy. A half-day fee applies after 1 PM, and full day charges start at 4 PM.
• Luggage Storage
Arriving early? You can drop off your luggage at 12 PM. Departing late? We can store your luggage until 2 PM. Let us know in advance for smooth arrangements.

Prior to your stay, we require you to acknowledge and sign our rental conditions
For everyone’s comfort and security, any additional guests invited to the apartment after the official check-in must be added to the reservation. Additional guest fees may apply according to our pricing policy.
If you are unsure, please ask us anytime — we are happy to help and always transparent about fees.
If you encounter any issues with the apartment, require additional items, or are having trouble finding something in your new home, don’t hesitate to reach out.
House Rule
1️⃣ Respect & Conduct: Treat the space, staff, and neighbors with care. Abusive language or behavior won’t be tolerated.
2️⃣ No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests may stay overnight, in compliance with local laws. Guests will be liable for any fines and additional costs incurred by the host, due to non-compliance.
3️⃣ No Parties/Events. Quiet Hours (10 PM – 7 AM): Keep noise levels low to respect our neighbors. No outside visitors allowed between these hours
4️⃣ No Smoking Indoors: Smoke only in designated outdoor areas or the balcony with the door closed. Use the provided ashtray. Non-compliance will result in added cleaning fees or reservation cancellation.
5️⃣ Report Damage Promptly: Let us know of any accidental damage or lost key cards to avoid inconvenience for future guests. Additional fees may apply.
6️⃣ No Illegal or Commercial Activities: Drugs, illegal activities, and unauthorized business operations are strictly prohibited. Guests will be liable for any fines and additional costs incurred by the host.
