The space
The apartment is recently renovated, true to Homes by IDG (I Do Good) mission, all furniture is modern designed, and carefully selected for our guests’ enjoyment.
This is a floor-through flat on the 1st level, guests can use either the lift or stairs quite easily. It is bright throughout the day as it is a corner unit; the double-glazed windows are soundproof and all shutters are electronically controlled.
The heart of the home is the Living room and dining room.
The living room consists of a comfortable new sofa a chair and a large 65 inch smart Samsung TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped for you to prepare a home meal with local produce from the famous local farmers market every Saturday. All brand new equipment such as Zanussi™ ceramic glass cooktop with convection oven, Nespresso™ espresso maker, French Press, etc.
The first bedroom is at the back facing a quiet street, and each bedroom is equipped with a brand-new air conditioner, a smart Samsung TV, and its own office space. The premium mattresses are also brand new and are chosen for your comfort.
The second bedroom, located next to the first bedroom is comfortably sized and has the same level of comfort and equipment i.e. a smart LG TV, a new queen-sized bed and mattress, a closet, and an office space. Both bedrooms have balcony access.
There is 1 full bathroom with a rain shower, comfortable for a couple or 2-4 friends. There is also a brand new washer and dryer from Huyndai™ located inside the bathroom for your convenience.
For outdoor living, there is a small balcony where you can have a morning coffee and read the morning news.
We also have iron, ironing board, and laundry detergent for our guests. More importantly, our team of local experts is here to make your Athenian stay a memorable experience and answer any questions you may have. For your convenience we have left an AEG vacuum cleaner in case it is needed.

The entire apartment is for your private use, plus a personal guide full of tips on where to eat and go out in Athens
Hotel-quality linens, sheets, and towels are provided. Our guests have exclusive use of the en-suite Washer and Dryer (Dryer is a rarity in Athens as most people hang their clothes dry, we believe a Dryer can help to make sheets and towels super soft for our guests!)
High-speed wifi: 500mbps (this is one of the highest packages provided in Exarchea at the moment)
Bathroom Amenities:
– Body soap, antibacterial Hand soap
– Shampoo and Conditioner
– Other toiletries (tissue, Q-tips, cotton pads)

Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.
House Rule
– Registered guests must respect the house rules including in the common areas of the building such as lobby, corridor, stairways, ramps, elevator. Guests will be entirely responsible for their conduct in the flat and in all common areas.
– Registered guests must respect the peace, health and safety of the other tenants of the building. No objects or furniture are allowed in the common spaces (corridor and staircase included)
– We welcome booking guests 25-year-old or older, accompanying guests can be younger than 25
– No shoes inside the house
– No smoking inside the house, including the balcony as it is prone to cause fire
– No parties or gatherings/events (private or commercial events like photography, videography etc.) are allowed
– Lost keys will result in a charge for changing lock as well as keys (up to 200 euros), this includes forgetting to return keys
