This home spans over two floors with no internal elevator.
There is air conditioning and a thermostat on the 2nd floor, and 2 ceiling fans on the living room and bedroom of the 1st floor
Note that there is a laneway house under development on the back of the house.
– We welcome booking guests 21-year-old or older, accompanying guests can be younger than 21. All guests shall present their IDs at check-in. – Registered guests must respect the rules of the condo including the common areas of the condo building such as lobby, corridor, stairways, parking lots, spots, ramps, elevators. Guests will be entirely responsible for their conduct in the condo and in all common areas. – Registered guests must respect the peace, health and safety of the other tenants of the building. No objects or furniture are allowed in the common spaces (corridor and staircase included) – No shoes inside the house – No smoking inside the house, including the balcony as it is prone to cause fire – No party or loud noise past 10 pm – If you have Special Service animals with you, we will require certification for the special friend and we ask that you pay a special cleaning fee (up to $500 depending on the level of Cleanliness after your stay), this is to ensure our next guests can feel safe and free of potential Allergy when staying with us. – We are committed to Rent Responsibly standards which include proactively preventing real and fake noise complaints. We follow best-in-class guidelines to ensure you have a peaceful, safe, and memorable stay with us. We use NoiseAware, a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant and is required on this property.

Trinity-Bellwoods park is the hippest park of Toronto – come for the scene, stay for the great coffee & ice cream from White Squirrel (at the southern end of the park, on Queen Street), or pick up picnic foods from Agora (next to Sam James Coffee on the same strip) and have a picnic. The park has everything for everyone: the tennis courts, kids’ play area, a community recreation centre that offers an indoor public pool and many activities, as well as a farmer’s market on Tuesday afternoons in the summer. In the winter, there is an outdoor skating rink.
Queen West is one of Toronto’s most vibrant neighborhoods. Restaurants, cafés, bars, shops and art galleries are all within walking distance – many of them among the city’s best. Some of our favourite local spots include Fresh right downstair from the apartment, Sam James Coffee Bar across from the park, Terroni for a quick bowl of Southern Italian pasta, North of Brooklyn for a quick slide of thin crusted pizza. The apartment is walking distance to other Toronto neighborhoods including Kensington Market, Chinatown, Little Italy and Parkdale. It is also walking distance or a short transit ride or drive to the Financial District and major attractions and venues

There is a nice bike path along the lake shore that is a five-minute bike ride away from the apartment (straight down Strachan Avenue, which leads straight to the bike path). From there you can bike westward along Lake Ontario past marinas, beaches and play parks. There is a bike share station a block away, and bike rentals available nearby.
Guests must cancel at least 14 days before check-in to receive a full refund for all nights, minus a 4% processing fee. If a guest cancels less than 14 days before check-in, they will be charged 100% for all nights. We strongly recommend that you purchase your own travel insurance for your protection.
