No objects or furniture are allowed in the common spaces (corridor and staircase included) – No shoes inside the house – No smoking inside the house, including the balcony as it is prone to cause fire – No party or loud noise past 10 pm – If you have Special Service animals with you, we will require certification for the special friend and we ask that you pay a special cleaning fee (up to $500 depending on the level of Cleanliness after your stay), this is to ensure our next guests can feel safe and free of potential Allergy when staying with us. – We are committed to Rent Responsibly standards which include proactively preventing real and fake noise complaints. We follow best-in-class guidelines to ensure you have a peaceful, safe, and memorable stay with us. We use NoiseAware, a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant and is required on this property.
