The space
Live in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Saigon’s most famous street, Pasteur, and enjoy the comfort of a modern and ultra-safe high-rise apartment with amazing views of the city from every room.
The building
Sailing Tower was Saigon’s first modern high-rise, completed in 2010. While the exterior reflects its established character, the apartments are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully maintained. This is not a typical new-build with identical units, but a well-established residence offering comfort, space, and one of the best locations in the city.
The Apartment:
The 1,000 sqft (95 m²) apartment is spacious and well suited for couples, families, and business travellers. It features an en-suite master bedroom lus a 2nd bedroom, home office in the large bedroom, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a large living area overlooking the Independence Palace and its lush gardens. A second bathroom with a rain shower is located just outside the second bedroom.

– Comfortable mattresses, and pillows with 100% cotton bed linens
– All travel essentials for light travelers: shampoo, conditioner, soap, hair dryer, and large bath towels
– Large LED smart TV with access to local and international TV channels
– Fully equipped kitchen with glass top stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, fridge, and freezer
– Nescafe espresso maker and drinking water (so we can all reduce the use of plastic bottles!)
– Washer, Dryer, drying rack, iron & iron board

• Airport Pick-up/Drop-off and Fast Track Service
Available 24/7, additional fee required. Please notify us in advance to arrange this service.
• Housekeeping
For stays of 5 nights or longer, enjoy one complimentary mid-stay housekeeping service, including changing fresh towels. Daily housekeeping is available upon request. The cleaning fee covers one time cleaning service upon check-out.
• Fresh Towels
Each guest receives 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel. Towels are changed during housekeeping (if your stay is 5+ nights). For fresh towels in between, use the ensuite washer and a drying rack.
• Early Check-In
Early check-in is available (2 PM instead of 4 PM) if the apartment is ready. For arrivals before 11 AM, please contact us about booking the previous night for a special offer.
• Late Check-Out
If available, we offer up to 2 extra hours past our 11 AM check-out policy. A half-day fee applies after 1 PM, and full day charges start at 4 PM.
• Luggage Storage
Arriving early? You can drop off your luggage at 12 PM. Departing late? We can store your luggage until 2 PM. Let us know in advance for smooth arrangements.

Prior to your stay, we require you to acknowledge and sign our rental conditions
For everyone’s comfort and security, any additional guests invited to the apartment after the official check-in must be added to the reservation. Additional guest fees may apply according to our pricing policy.
If you are unsure, please ask us anytime — we are happy to help and always transparent about fees.
If you encounter any issues with the apartment, require additional items, or are having trouble finding something in your new home, don’t hesitate to reach out.
House Rule
1️⃣ Respect & Conduct: Treat the space, staff, and neighbors with care. Abusive language or behavior won’t be tolerated.
2️⃣ No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests may stay overnight, in compliance with local laws. Guests will be liable for any fines and additional costs incurred by the host, due to non-compliance.
3️⃣ No Parties/Events. Quiet Hours (10 PM – 7 AM): Keep noise levels low to respect our neighbors. No outside visitors allowed between these hours
4️⃣ No Smoking Indoors: Smoke only in designated outdoor areas or the balcony with the door closed. Use the provided ashtray. Non-compliance will result in added cleaning fees or reservation cancellation.
5️⃣ Report Damage Promptly: Let us know of any accidental damage or lost key cards to avoid inconvenience for future guests. Additional fees may apply.
6️⃣ No Illegal or Commercial Activities: Drugs, illegal activities, and unauthorized business operations are strictly prohibited. Guests will be liable for any fines and additional costs incurred by the host.
