For stays of 4 nights or longer, enjoy complimentary housekeeping every 2 days, including surfaces cleaning and changing towels. If you’d like fresh sheets and a full cleaning service, please contact us for pricing. Daily housekeeping is also available upon request and with additional fee.
• Fresh Towels
Each guest receives 2 sets of bath and hand towels plus 1 pool towel. Towels are changed during housekeeping. For fresh towels in between, use the ensuite washer/dryer or contact us for pricing.
• Early Check-In
Early check-in is available (2 PM instead of 4 PM) if the apartment is ready. For arrivals before 11 AM, please contact us about booking the previous night for a special offer.
• Late Check-Out
If available, we offer up to 2 extra hours past our 11 AM check-out policy. A half-day fee applies after 1 PM, and full day charges start at 4 PM.
• Luggage Storage
Arriving early? You can drop off your luggage at 12 PM upon availability. Departing late? We can store your luggage until 2 PM, upon availability. Let us know in advance for smooth arrangements.
• Building amenities (pool, gym, etc.)
These are managed by the building management. Access may be restricted without notice due to maintenance or policy changes during your stay. These circumstances are outside the host’s control, and refunds or compensation are not provided for amenity temporary unavailability

For everyone’s comfort and security, any additional guests invited to the apartment after the official check-in must be added to the reservation. Additional guest fees may apply according to our pricing policy.

If you encounter any issues with the apartment, require additional items, or are having trouble finding something in your new home, don’t hesitate to reach out.

2️⃣ No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests may stay overnight, in compliance with local laws. Guests will be liable for any fines and additional costs incurred by the host, due to non-compliance.
3️⃣ No Parties/Events. Quiet Hours (10 PM – 7 AM): Keep noise levels low to respect our neighbors. No outside visitors allowed between these hours
4️⃣ No Smoking Indoors: Smoke only in designated outdoor areas or the balcony with the door closed. Use the provided ashtray. Non-compliance will result in added cleaning fees or reservation cancellation.
5️⃣ Report Damage Promptly: Let us know of any accidental damage or lost key cards to avoid inconvenience for future guests. Additional fees may apply.
6️⃣ No Illegal or Commercial Activities: Drugs, illegal activities, and unauthorized business operations are strictly prohibited. Guests will be liable for any fines and additional costs incurred by the host.
