The space

As our guests, you will enjoy a comfortable stay in a spacious and bright corner apartment located in a quiet boutique building. This is a Guest’s Favorite home in Toronto with an over 4.9 review score, as you can see in the pictures (changed owner).
All furniture is modern designed and vintage pieces are carefully selected for your enjoyment. Please take immaculate care of our home and return it as we present it to you
You will find here:
A quiet main bedroom furnished with a Queen bed, memory foam Tempurpedic mattress, and soft luxurious linens. The bedroom window coverings are blackout curtains to ensure a restful night
A separate den functions as a second bedroom furnished with a Queen bed and spring mattress with memory foam top
The heart of our home is the open-concept kitchen/living room conversational space surrounded by plants, books, and original arts.
Our kitchen is equipped with a ceramic glass electric cooktop with a convection oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso™ coffee maker, Brita™ water filter, etc. If you have any special kitchen equipment needs (Bodum™ French Press coffee maker, mandolin, cast-iron frying pans, electronic rice maker, cake or bread pans) please mention these specific needs during the reservation and we can also make those available to you.
The full bathroom is located between the master bedroom and the den.
Private en-suite Laundry: Samsung™ full-sized washer and dryer. We have an iron, ironing board, laundry detergents, etc.
Privately controlled heating and air conditioning will keep you comfortable while you surf on Bell™ ultra-high-speed Wi-Fi or listen to your favorite Tidal™ and Spotify™ playlists on SONOS Play1™.

Guest access

Our guests will have full access to the unit.
Complimentary coffee and tea (for late-night arrival guests, it’s nice to have something ready in the house, if you would like to have a full fridge before your arrival, please let us know, and we will do our best to stock the fridge for you)

Other things to note

– Lead booking guests over 25 years of age and have to present at check-in
– A photo of a passport or driver’s license must be provided at check-in time.
– If you have toddlers/kids under 6 y/o, please reach out to hosts before booking so we can assess whether our unit suits your needs
– Noisy/Inconsiderate Guests will not be tolerated. We want to maintain a good reputation for the Airbnb community.
– Early check-in & Late check-out requests could be fulfilled with an additional fee subject to availability

House Rule

– We welcome booking guests 21-year-old or older, accompanying guests can be younger than 21. All guests shall present their IDs at check-in.
– Registered guests must respect the rules of the condo including the common areas of the condo building such as lobby, corridor, stairways, parking lots, spots, ramps, elevators. Guests will be entirely responsible for their conduct in the condo and in all common areas.
– Registered guests must respect the peace, health and safety of the other tenants of the building. No objects or furniture are allowed in the common spaces (corridor and staircase included)
– No shoes inside the house
– No smoking inside the house, including the balcony as it is prone to cause fire
– No party or loud noise past 10 pm
– If you have Special Service animals with you, we will require certification for the special friend and we ask that you pay a special cleaning fee (up to $500 depending on the level of Cleanliness after your stay), this is to ensure our next guests can feel safe and free of potential Allergy when staying with us.
– We are committed to Rent Responsibly standards which include proactively preventing real and fake noise complaints. We follow best-in-class guidelines to ensure you have a peaceful, safe, and memorable stay with us. We use NoiseAware, a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant and is required on this property.

TTC subway stop is less than 5 minutes walk away. In the winter months, we have the underground PATH that connects you to TTC subway as well as the entire Financial District.

Cancellation Policy

Guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in to receive a full refund for all nights, minus a 10% processing fee. Guests must cancel at least 15 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights. If a guest cancels less than 15 days before check-in, they will be charged 100% for all nights. We strongly recommend that you purchase your own travel insurance for your protection.
