The entire apartment is for your private use, plus a personal guide full of tips on where to eat and go out in Athens and Kypseli
Hotel-quality linens, sheets, and towels are provided. Our guests have exclusive use of the en-suite Washer and Dryer (Dryer is a rarity in Athens as most people hang their clothes dry, we believe a Dryer can help to make sheets and towels super soft for our guests!)
High-speed wifi: 1000mbps Fiber (this is the highest package provided in Athens at the moment)
Bathroom Amenities:

House Rule
– Registered guests must respect the house rules including in the common areas of the building such as the lobby, corridor, stairways, ramps, and elevator. Guests will be entirely responsible for their conduct in the apartment and all common areas. – Registered guests must respect the peace, health, and safety of the other tenants of the building. No objects or furniture are allowed in the common spaces (corridor and staircase included) – We welcome booking guests 25-year-old or older, accompanying guests can be younger than 25 – No shoes inside the house – No smoking inside the house, including the balcony as it is prone to cause fire –For stays longer than 28 days, electricity costs above âŹ160 per month are the guestâs responsibility and will be charged according to actual usage. – No party or loud noise past 11P – For luggage drop-offs, guests need to coordinate with our team in advance and will depend on availability
